It reflects how, even with strong teamwork, a match can quickly swing in momentum from one team to the other regardless if it is a casual or competitive match. The Sigma player's ultimate, though, was even more devastating since it appears to have been the proverbial last gasp of their team during a Push match.
The ultimates available to employ in Overwatch 2 are just as colorful and varied as the roster of heroes using the abilities to help swing matches in their team's favor. Several of the ultimates can be devastating on their own when timed correctly, whether it be Junkrat's explosive rip-tire or Cassidy's deadeye.
