NieR Re[in]carnation will be shutdown April 30th
thesixthaxis.comSquare Enix has confirmed that mobile title NieR Re[in]carnation will be shutdown on April 30th, 2024. This will follow the conclusion of the game’s story, with the final part of that being released on March 29th. That will essentially give players just the month to play through the final part of NieR Re[in]carnation.
NieR Re[in]carnation was released in February 2021. In a statement, Square Enix said, “NieR Re[in]carnation will be discontinued with the completion of the main story, which is currently being distributed. The final chapter will be released on Friday, March 29, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., and the service will end at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our customers who have patronized us for about three years since the service started on February 18, 2021.Until the end of the service, we will continue to add content and characters, as well as various events and campaigns, so we hope that you will enjoy “NieR Re[in]carnation” until the end…In order to allow everyone to enjoy as many stories as possible, we are planning to release all “Event Stories” and “Card Stories” except for collaboration quests at 11:00 on Friday, March 29.”
