With just a few weeks to go before the second season of The Flight Attendant premieres, HBO Max has released the official trailer to promote the return of the popular series. Kaley Cuoco is back as flight attendant Cassie Bowden, and it seems like she will be dealing with a lot more action and mystery in season 2, while coming face-to-face with multiple versions of herself.
The first season of HBO Max's The Flight Attendant saw Cuoco's Bowden involved in a murder investigation after she wakes up to find someone murdered in her bed. As the last person to see Michiel Huisman's Alex Sokolov alive, she has to go the extra mile to prove her innocence and find the murderer, while uncovering an international corporate conspiracy. The Flight Attendant season 2 will see her becoming an “asset for the CIA” and solving a mysterious crime that potentially involves a Doppelgänger.

The trailer begins with Cuoco promising that the second season will be “one trip you will never forget.” Her character Bowden has made some major changes in her life, the main one being giving up alcohol. Her best friend Ani Mouradian, portrayed by Zosia Mamet, is supportive of how she has turned her life around, but is surprised to find out about her double life. When in Germany, Bowden uncovers another conspiracy, and is convinced that someone is trying to frame her for a crime.
After witnessing an explosion, Bowden is transported to her famous Mind Palace, where she meets several versions of her own character. While fans have already seen the not-so-sober version of Bowden in the teaser trailer for The Flight Attendant season 2, the latest trailer introduces Cuoco to two other personas.
