Grace's (Mae Martin) fakeout on The Flight Attendant could still be a lie. HBO Max's sleeper hit from 2020 has finally returned to continue Cassie's (Kaley Cuoco) adventures. Aside from the show's titular character, The Flight Attendant season 2 features the return of familiar characters such as Ani (Zosia Mamet), Max (Deniz Akdeniz), and Megan (Rosie Perez). But it also introduces a string of new characters, including Cassie's new Imperial Atlantic Airlines co-worker, Grace.
The Flight Attendant season 2 picks up with Cassie continuing her work as a civilian informant for the CIA as set up in the season 1 finale. On a trip to Berlin, she was mandated to keep an eye on an unidentified man. But being the over-eager individual that she is, Cassie goes above and beyond to get close to her subject. This may have led her to discover that someone who looks like her has ties to the mysterious man, leading Cassie to go down a side mission trying to figure out the truth about her doppelganger.

After some rumination, Cassie ends up with the suspicion that Grace is her impersonator in The Flight Attendant season 2. She has the same build and was in the same area in Berlin where Cassie first spotted her doppelganger. Unfortunately, however, Grace doesn't have the same back tattoo that both Cassie and her look-alike have. This convinces Cassie to pull back and rule out Grace as her impostor, but that doesn't mean that her gut feeling isn't spot on.
