While this rumored addition may not be as game-changing as an iconic villain like Ultron or Thanos, it is still exciting. After all, gamers have spent an absurd amount of time battling Taskmaster and Abomination clones as well as giant AIM bots, so getting more fresh faces into the game is ideal. Now, according to @mmmmmmmmiller, a source that correctly leaked a lot of information on the game — including Jane Foster Thor — a co-op version of the fight is coming. This should be reassuring for those that have stuck with Marvel’s Avengers, as many have been asking for a co-op variant of MODOK since the game launched.
While no details are provided as to when this boss will be added, it could be a while. Not only do Marvel’s Avengers updates come slowly, but the original boss fight was very clearly designed around a singleplayer style.
