New Season Blessings in Diablo 4 Season 2 - Mount Sprint Recovery, Extra Items from Helltide
With the new season, comes new goodies and new Blessings in Diablo 4. Blessings are unlocked by spending Smoldering Ash which is acquired through the free tiers of the Battle Pass for Seasonal Characters. The Smoldering Ash is gained through completing various challenges to advance the Battle Pass. With Season of Blood, some new changes have been made to how Blessings and Smoldering Ashes work.

Smoldering Ashes Progression
Smoldering Ashes are distributed throughout the free tiers of the Battle Pass at various increments. In season 2, this has been adjusted to allow players to gain the ashes at earlier levels.
Smoldering Ashes progression in Season 1: Level 40 > 53 > 56 > 62 > 66 > 71 > 78 > 80 > 82 > 86 > 89 > 90 > 93 > 97 > 100
Smoldering Ashes progression in Season 2: Level 8 >28 > 44 > 49 > 53 > 56 > 58 > 63 > 66 > 70

New Season Blessings
There are three new Season Blessings to unlock with your Smoldering Ashes, each of which will significantly aid your leveling journey and beyond.
- Urn of Blood: Boost the Hunter’s Acclaim you earn from Blood Harvest activities.
- Urn of Helltides: Boost the chance to receive an extra equipment item from Helltide chests. The extra item will be of Legendary rarity or better.
- Urn of Swift Travel: Boost how quickly your Mount recovers from sprinting.
Hunter's Acclaim is a Faction Reputation that you can progress from completing various special events, slaying powerful Vampires, and freeing villagers during Blood Harvests for all kinds of powerful Seasonal rewards.
