The Pixel 7a will be one of the most highly anticipated smartphones for customers who cannot splurge large amounts on a flagship. Thanks to the latest leak, we now know that Google intends to ship the mid-range handset in three color options, and it will resemble one or two devices that the company has released previously launched.
The collaboration of OnLeaks and MySmartPrice managed to make this Pixel 7a leak possible. From the front and back, the upcoming mid-ranger looks similar to the Pixel 6a from last year, sporting that ‘boxy’ design with the rear camera visor at the back featuring two lenses, along with a single punch-hole front-facing camera. Assuming Google makes minimal changes to the design, no other competitor is churning out devices that look like this, so we should view it as unnecessary for Google to make efforts to redesign the smartphone.
Thankfully, later in the year, there should be more color options for the buyer to choose from, as the Pixel 7a leak shows three flavors; White, Grey, and the third one appears to be Sky Blue. Google will likely choose different names for these Pixel 7a versions, so keep that in mind during the official announcement. The latest leak did not talk about the specifications, but past reports have shed a large degree of light on that particular area, so future customers are already well-informed prior to making their purchase.
