While it's mostly just a landscape painting, likely left ambiguous in case their child doesn't grow as attached to Skyrim, there is one particular detail that die-hard fans of the game would definitely notice.
On the hill facing the left side of the landscape painting is the distant outline of Bleak Falls Barrow, one of the earliest, and most iconic locations the player will visit in Skyrim while completing the game's main quest line. It is an impressive, artistic representation of how beautiful the world of Skyrim can look through the eyes of players that have loved the game for years.
