Diablo 4 players have asked for more hairstyle choices since the game launched last year. A common request was for longer tresses, and Blizzard has delivered 9 new (mostly) longer-length hairdos to enable characters to look their best. These latest hairstyles will be available once Vessel of Hatred and Season 6 launch on October 8th!
Diablo 4 Character Customization Guide
The new hairstyles are all unisex — both male and female characters can use any new style. They look essentially the same on both genders and all (soon to be) 6 classes. However, despite these seeming restrictions, the actual appearance of Diablo 4 hairstyles varies widely due to the robust color options available.
Here's an example of one of the new hairstyles dyed by a Rogue. Although this hairstyle resembles one currently in-game, the Afro is more blown-out and rounded. Look what happens when the hair is dyed. The difference in appearance is striking!

Simply dying the hair can make it look very distinctive. When you add all the rest of the options the game has for customizing your appearance, you can look pretty much any way you can devise.
At first, this looks like a creative haircut, the type done with small razor tools wielded by talented hands. This is not the case, though. This is called a model offset bug, where the hair is not fully centered on the head. Some of the scalp is showing through
