A new GTA 6 rating has surfaced which is similar to the older Grand Theft Auto installments, including GTA: Vice City and San Andreas.
The yet-to-be-announced next installment in the Grand Theft Auto series has received a rating from the Australian Classification Board. Interestingly, the classification date is from the 2nd of April of this year, but we haven't been able to find earlier cached pages, nor does the Wayback machine have older pages other than a snapshot of the listing from yesterday. What also might be interesting here is that the game has received an MA 15+ rating, which is the same rating that older GTA entries, including GTA IV, Vice City, and San Andreas received in Australia. The most recent installment in the series, Grand Theft Auto V, received an 18+ rating back in 2013 from the Australian Classification Board.
As said, Grand Theft Auto 6 still has to be officially announced by Rockstar, but recent rumors suggest that this might happen later this year. Last month, Rockstar owner Take-Two Interactive might again have hinted at a release for the game no later than March 2025 via revised forecasts.
