Nomada Studio has confirmed the released date for Neva, coming to Nintendo Switch, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC on 15th October 2024.

Neva tells the story of Alba, a woman bonded to a wolf cub after they endure a traumatic encounter together. They will journey through a once beautiful world as it decays around them, and their relationship will grow and evolve as they go. In particular, the wolf cub will grow up and act differently over time to Alba’s motherly figure.

Coming from the creators of Gris, you can absolutely see the visual direction and evolution of the studio’s form through Neva’s art style – Neva looks pretty stunning, though with thoroughly different creatures and motion within this.

Looking back at Gris, I said in our review, “GRIS is a wonderful artistic achievement, with a simply sublime visual style and soundtrack that grows and evolves through the course of an emotional story.”
