Last week, during a 40-minute interview with Kinda Funny Games, the General Manager of Diablo 4, Rod Fergusson, dropped a bombshell relating to the future of Diablo 4 as a live-service game. Something we talk about is that we build things in parallel. Right now, as I sit here, we're about to launch the main game, we're finishing up Season 1, we're working on Season 2, we're working on Expansion 1, we're kicking off Expansion 2, all that's happening right now.Out of the blue, it has been confirmed that the Diablo 4 development team is not working on one, but TWO Expansions for Diablo 4 before the game has even officially launched. With a focus on creating a team that is large enough to be available for Seasonal content as well as intermittent patches.
