Hero Talents
- No plans at launch to introduce any tutorial or introduction to Hero Talents.
- They're working on making Hero Talents the best they can be for launch but iteration, redesigning and tweaking Hero talents are definitely on the table after launch via hotfixes or in the larger content patches. Hero talents are not going anywhere.
- Feedback has been really helpful on Hero Talents.
Warbands
- No timeline at this stage for converting older reputations into Warbands, but it's still a goal to convert all of them into account-wide.
- Some class tier / tier tokens haven't been made account-wide for transmog collecting as they were built to be collected by a specific class only. They certainly want to hear player feedback on this.
- They can definitely look at old raid skips in the future to see if they make sense for being Warbound.
Class Balance
- Delves are definitely considered when Blizzard looks into class balance since it's likely many players will be doing this solo.
- Hero talents are another layer but they've made them easier to balance since you're getting everything and there's only a few choice nodes.
- One of the design goals for Hero Talents has been that all Hero Talents have built-in defensive and movement speed utility.
- They plan on doing tuning similar to Dragonflight with very frequent tuning passes, especially early on. They usually slow their cadence later in the season.
Dracthyr
- Still plan on expanding Dracthyr to multiple classes not for launch but for a future update.
- They've been talking about the Dracthyr racials and one of their leading thoughts is increase the cooldown for all classes, but on the Evoker tree, reduce the cooldown back to what it currently is.
