Datamined S1 Dungeon Tuning for August 20th (Part 2) - Increased Count from Mobs

We've datamined the S1 dungeon tuning for today which also includes increased count from some mobs in dungeons.
We are unable to datamine the exact health changes as mentioned in this post.
Part 1: Lots of dungeon and count changes.
Part 2: Minor tuning and count changes.
Necrotic Wake
- Multiple enemies' Drain Fluids now starts the channel instantly (was 2 second pre-cast)
Wowhead Note: Because you can no longer interrupt the pre-cast, someone will automatically get stunned by this and someone else will have to break them out. In addition, the damage of the ability happens right away, meaning one player will be taking a sudden burst of damage.
Siege of Boralus
- Chopper Redhook's Gore Crash damage to all player decreased by 69%
Count Changes:
- Stitching Assistant now grants 8 count (was 4)
- Separation Assistant now grants 8 count (was 4)
