We've datamined the S1 dungeon tuning for today which also includes increased count from some mobs in dungeons.
We are unable to datamine the exact health changes as mentioned in this post.
Part 1: Lots of dungeon and count changes.
Part 2: Minor tuning and count changes.
Part 3: More changes including the reversion of the Drain Fluids change.

Total count requirement increased to 460 (was 430):
- Nightfall Shadowalker now gives 5 count (was 3)

Total count requirement increased to 494 (was 319):
- Irontide Powdershot now gives 4 count (was 1)
- Irontide Waveshaper now gives 6 count (was 4)
- Bilge Rat Tempest now gives 7 count (was 4)
- Bilge Rat Demolisher now gives 10 count (was 8)
- Bilge Rat Pillager now gives 7 count (was 4)

Mists of Tirna Scithe
- Tred'ova's Consumption now lasts 10 minutes (was 14 seconds)
The Dawnbreaker
- Anub'ikkaj's Shadowy Decay damage per tick reduced by 32% but duration increased to 5 sec (was 4 sec)
- Rasha'nan Spinneret's Strands damage reduced by 15%
- Rasha'nan Sticky Webs damage reduced by 33%
- Nightfall Darkcaster's Tormenting Beam damage reduced 38%
