Sony San Diego's MLB The Show 22 headlines the Xbox Game Pass April 2022 lineup, which also includes the likes of Life is Strange: True Colors. Microsoft confirmed MLB The Show 22's Game Pass release earlier this year when Sony announced the new entry for PlayStation, Nintendo, and Xbox consoles. Notably, this year's installment marks the franchise's second outing on Xbox consoles and its first on Nintendo hardware. The Major League Baseball-branded simulation has yet to migrate to PC.
In the last several months, Xbox Game Pass has unlocked access to a slew of must-play experiences for its millions upon millions of subscribers across PC and console. Mass Effect: Legendary Edition counts as one such title, having joined PC Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate via EA Play earlier this year. Other noteworthy additions to the service in recent months include Dragon Ball FighterZ, Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, and indie darling Tunic. Immersive sim Weird West hit Game Pass late last month, as well. April's lineup of new titles should also please many a subscriber.
