From the looks of it, Microsoft has banned an Xbox Baldur's Gate 3 player for one year for uploading an explicit scene within the game.
Not all is well with Baldur's Gate 3 on Xbox - since the release of Larian's hit title on Microosft's platform last month, players have suffered progression loss due to crashes, and we now have a player reporting to have been banned for sharing an in-game clip. After doing his initial post on Reddit, 'Daddy-Vegas' received a reply from Microsoft regarding this, stating that the ban will remain in effect. "After reviewing your inquiry, we have found the enforcement to be warranted", Microsoft is said to have written.
Whether this is some kind of mistake or not remains to be seen, but it's clear that something is off here - Microsoft allows a game to be played on its platform, but doesn't
