Margot Robbie & Ryan Gosling Skate At The Beach In Barbie Set Photos
New set photos from the Barbie movie show Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling roller-skating on the beach. Little Women director Greta Gerwig is helming the new WB live-action movie based on the Mattel fashion doll line of the same name. The Barbie movie has been in development for several years now and endured numerous creative hiccups. Eventually, Warner Bros. took over the production, and Robbie came on to produce and play Barbie. Gerwig was later hired to direct and co-write, and in October 2021, Gosling was confirmed to play Ken, Barbie's male counterpart. Filming on Barbie has been underway in Leavesden and Los Angeles since spring 2022.
Barbie is shaping up to be one of the most exciting releases of 2023. Firstly, the movie boasts a star-studded cast alongside Robbie and Gosling, which includes Simu Liu and Ncuti Gatwa, as well as Issa Rae and Hari Nef. Rumors suggest they are playing alternate versions of Ken and Barbie, respectively. Additionally, it looks like Barbie won't be another straightforward fairytale like the doll's previous animated films. Currently, story specifics for Barbie remain under wraps, although set photos and videos have given viewers an idea of what to expect.

Now, MRBR Photos have shared a number of new set images from Barbie, and they find Robbie and Gosling roller-skating at the beach in their matching outdoor outfits, complete with neon knee and elbow guards. In some of the images, the stars are surrounded by surfers and beach-goers, while in other snapshots they are just talking as they skate, which is presumably a part of the scene they are filming.
