Viewers are interested to see Madame Web as the film will not only star Dakota Johnson and Sydney Sweeney in leading roles but will also be based on the comic book character Madame Web, who plays a key role in certain stories featuring Spider-Man. An April or May 2024 streaming release date for Madame Web would happen because of the streaming release patterns of Sony’s theatrical films, where the films arrive on streaming platforms roughly two-three months following their theatrical release. For example, Venom: Let There Be Carnage came to Netflix between November and December 2021, following its release in October 2021.
At the time of writing, the exact plot of Madame Web is unknown but the film is rumored to feature a group of Spider-Women who try to protect an infant Peter Parker and his mother Mary from being killed by a multiversal adversary named Ezekiel Sims.
