It looks as though Bandai Namco is doing a lot with its horror platformer series, Little Nightmares, this year. In addition to the upcoming Little Nightmares 3, it seems a remaster of the first game is also on the way.
An ESRB listing has outed the existence of Little Nightmares: Enhanced Edition, and it's heading to PS5 and other current-gen systems. The rating doesn't tell us anything about the game we don't know, but the fact it's popped up on the ESRB's website suggests it'll be announced in the near future.
We can only speculate what the Enhanced Edition will bring to the table; 4K visuals, faster loading, and usage of the DualSense's capabilities all seem like safe bets.
As mentioned, this isn't the only Little Nightmares project on the horizon. A third entry is in development at Supermassive Games, the makers of Until Dawn and the Dark Pictures Anthology.
