Lego is planning a “big reveal” related to Mario later this week.
According to Nintendo‘s list of ‘Mario Day’ events, due to take place on March 10 (MAR10), Lego will be hosting a special presentation on its YouTube channel.
Dubbed the Lego Super Mario YouTube Premiere, it’s claimed that the event will feature “exclusive content and a big reveal by your host, Jack Gardner”.
The presentation will start at 8am PT / 11am ET / 4pm GMT on Friday, March 10.
It’s not clear whether the reveal will relate to more Lego Super Mario playsets, a more ‘premium’ Lego Nintendo product or something else like a discount on existing Mario sets.
Lego also tweeted a teaser for the event, showing behind-the-scenes photos of host Jack Gardner filming the presentation.
“Final preparations are underway for our Lego Super Mario YouTube Premiere,” the tweet reads. “Tune in on March 10 for big updates, and even bigger reveals.”

TheLego NES was released in 2020, followed by a Lego Super Mario 64 themed question block in 2021 and a Lego Bowser in 2022.
Recent copyright strikes by Lego appear to confirm that it’s working on a Lego Zelda set, though it’s unlikely we’ll hear any official announcement of this during a presentation dedicated to Mario Day.
Mario’s one-time rival Sonic is also potentially shaping up for a large Lego presence, after five new Lego Sonic sets appeared online late last year.
