Wild Hearts, the hunting game by EA and Omega Force released last month on PC and consoles, is getting its second content update today, which will bring a new Kemono, a new armor set and more.
The biggest addition featured in the game's second content update is the Grimstalker Kemono, a new subspecies which can be found on the Natsukodachi isle. This mysterious Kemono has the power to control both flames and the sea, making for a very challenging hunt. Depending on its state, the kemono's powers will change, so hunters must always be on their toes and use some Elemental Lanters to mitigate the massive damage this Kemono can deal. Materials from the Grimstalker can be used to forge two new weapons as well as the Fulgent armor set.
The new Wild Hearts content update also brings three new quests that will pit players against Amaterasu, Kingtush, and Icetsusk, and Mighty Dreadclaw, Pearlbeak, and Lavaback under some challenging conditions. As reward for completing these quests, players will get a new Chat Stamp and a new Emote.
New content drops for Wild Hearts are far from over, as more new content will be coming next month with two different updates. The first one, which launches on April 6th, will introduce a new fox Kemono Murakumo, new weapons and armor sets, the new Spinning Top Karakuri, the Limit Break system, and additional enhancements and fixes.
Wild Hearts is now available on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S worldwide. You can learn more about this surprisingly solid hunting game by checking out my review.
