God of War star Christopher Judge has made light of his lengthy speech at last year’s Game Awards.
The Kratos actor became one of the talking points of last year’s show after he gave an extremely long acceptance speech, causing social media and host Geoff Keighley to joke about it.
This year, Judge was invited back to present an award, and was the recipient of a practical joke at his expense.
Just as Judge started talking, the arena played music to make him wrap up, making him laugh and feign outrage.
“I get it,” Judge said. “I’m not going to stand up here, making long speeches. I’m going to stick to the script, no eight-minute speech like last year.”
“But fun fact,” he joked, “my speech was actually longer than this year’s Call of Duty campaign.”

While some older Call of Duty campaigns clock in at around the 6- to 7-hour mark, Modern Warfare 3’s campaign is be one of the shorter campaigns for a mainline COD.
