During the State of Unreal presentation at GDC, mobile developer Kabam Entertainment announced its next game, King Arthur: Legends Rise, which has been built entirely in Unreal Engine 5.
King Arthur: Legends Rise will feature «seamless» cross-progression and cross-play on mobile devices and PC, which will allow players to take their progression between platforms as needed. This marks the first time a Kabam title has been developed for a platform other than mobile devices or web-based platforms like Facebook.

The game is described as a squad-based RPG set in a «stunning, reimagined Arthurian world.» Players will recruit and build multiple characters and classes into teams as they travel through this new take on Camelot and battle against «epic bosses and mythical monsters.» Relics can be earned to further increase a character's abilities, while a city-building mechanic will give players the opportunity to restore Camelot however they wish.
Kabam's growing mobile portfolio includes Marvel: Contest of Champions and Disney Mirrorverse, at least as far as active games go. Other recent releases that have since been discontinued include Transformers: Forged To Fight and the Contest of Champions spinoff Realm of Champions.
King Arthur: Legends Rise will be available for mobile devices and PC when it launches, however no specific release date was announced. More information on the release date will be shared «later this year,» according to the official release.
