A lot of Kardashian-Jenner family members, friends, and spouses opted out of appearing on E!'s Keeping Up With The Kardashians over the years, but it seems like the famous family is going all-in for the upcoming The Kardashians series on Hulu. When KUWTK first started airing on E!, Kim had just started to recover from her intimate video with rapper Ray J leaking on the internet. As such, the show was an opportunity for her to expand her brand beyond that infamous tape and also introduce her family members to mainstream media.
With the «momagerial» skills of Kris Jenner, Kim outlived her Ray J scandal, and sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian started to gain just as much fame as Kim through appearing on KUWTK. In turn, their brother Rob Kardashian and Kourtney's boyfriend Scott Disick also became household names. Moreover, little sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner grew up on the TV show and the world watched them become the women they're now known to be.

Now that the KUWTK run has ended and the Kardashian-Jenner clan is ramping up to show a different side of themselves on The Kardashians, it seems like a lot of relatives, friends, and spouses have signed up to appear on the show. In the past, there was a lot of resistance from certain people attached to the Kardashians to appear on the E! series. Unsurprisingly, Kim is obviously confirmed as a cast member on The Kardashians. She was always featured as the central figure on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and that isn't changing on the Hulu series for the time
