In the latest example of this, one player created an amazing tribute to the Stargate franchise.

Valheim is a survival and sandbox game that drops players in an open but hostile world. The building mechanic allows for players to gather wood and stone and use these materials to create a wide variety of structures. The creator mentions SG-1 in their post which is a reference to Stargate SG-1, the television series that ran for 10 seasons between 1997 and 2007.

The player mixed both wood and stone in this creation and even added runes to create more of Nordic feel for this science fiction piece of technology. The video pans across the structure and shows how it appears in both day and night. There are several blue torches that surround this structure as well as Valheim’s Thistle plants, which add a nice glow to the whole creation. The scene is reminiscent of the science fiction show while remaining within the aesthetic realm that Valheim players are accustomed to.
