The Kardashians is set to stream its first episode very shortly, and Kim Kardashian explained why her boyfriend, Pete Davidson, isn’t on the reality show. The Kardashian clan ended their fifteen-year run with their hit E! show Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and after taking a long break, they resumed filming their lives for their new show The Kardashians. Instead of going back to cable television, the Kardashians and Jenners decided to use the streaming platform Hulu, saying that it gave them more creative freedom.
Kim made headlines last year when she and Pete were seen together looking very much like a couple. Early in 2022, Kim and Pete confirmed their relationship status when she posted a picture of them on her Instagram feed, just days after Kim and Kanye West officially divorced. Since then then SKIMS founder and comedian have been in the headlines frequently, with the lastest news being that Kim is dropping hints about wanting to have kids with Pete. Kim already shares four children with Kanye – North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

Kim and Pete made their first official public debut together for the premiere of The Kardashians in Los Angeles last Thursday. Despite Kim documenting her life for The Kardashians, she revealed that Pete won’t be on the reality series, telling Variety, “I have not filmed with him…and I’m not opposed to it. It’s just not what he does. But if there was an event happening and he was there, he wouldn’t tell the cameras to go away.” However, Kim will talk about their relationship on The Kardashians, and she has mentioned that she will reveal details that fans want to know.
