Outright Games is back with another family-friendly licensed game. The company just announced, which is based on the newer Jumanji movies. The title is coming out on November 3 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
This multiplayer adventure stars characters based on the likenesses of Karen Gillan, Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, and Jack Black, but likely does not star those four actors. Outright Games’ 2019 Jumanji game had other actors play those roles.
Regardless, players have to work together to find The Jewel of Jumanji. Outright noted that this sequel is four times bigger than the last game and includes jungles, villages, icy mountains, and more, which can all be seen in the trailer below. Each character also has unique strengths and can be customized with unique powers.
It can be played alone, but Jumanji: Wild Adventure supports up to four-player local co-op. Online co-op is not mentioned, which is strange since the previous game did support said feature.
Outright Games is known for its licensed games like Justice League: Cosmic Chaos, Star Trek Prodigy: Supernova, My Friend Peppa Pig, and Transformers: Battlegrounds, just to name a few.
