Nhut Le, who plays Judomaster in Peacemaker, has gifted writer/director James Gunn his own mug with Peacemaker's signature Dove of Peace. Le plays the master martial artist bodyguard for Senator Royland Goff when first introduced in Peacemaker season 1. Peacemaker, played by John Cena first encounters Judomaster while on a mission to kill Senator Goff and his family, who are secretly butterflies. Judomaster is defeated and captured many times during the show, ultimately by Emilia Harcourt and Leota Adebayo, played by Jennifer Holland and Danielle Brooks respectively.

Gunn recently shared a picture on his Instagramof himself with the mug gifted to him by the Peacemaker VFX department. He further emphasizes that the mug was made by Judomaster himself, Le. The mug sports Peacemaker’s classic red, white, blue and yellow colors and the antihero's signature Dove of Peace. Gunn ends the post saying, “I DO want to taste it (“it” being coffee),” in a reference to the Peacemaker opening credits song, “Do Ya Wanna Taste It” by Wig Wam.

At the end of Peacemaker season 1, Judomaster was still alive. He witnessed the aftermath of Peacemaker and his allies decimating the butterflies at the ranch where the alien cow was kept, and appeared to be distraught. Considering Judomaster believed in the butterflies' mission, he could return as a villain in the already confirmed season 2. While that remains to be seen, Gunn will have a perfectly themed mug handy as he works on Peacemaker season 2.
