The iPhone 16 rumors have started picking up the pace, which makes for an exciting year as Apple is still a few months away from officially announcing the iPhone 15 series. For those who plan to upgrade later this year, one tipster hints that you might want to hold on to your money, especially when the iPhone 16 range is expected to ship with two noteworthy upgrades.
On Twitter, @URedditor does not appear impressed with the iPhone 15 series, suggesting that all four models should be skipped, as they are ‘too mediocre of an upgrade.’ While the tipster can have an opinion, the information he provides next leaves us piqued for more and might be why he published that conclusion. According to him, the iPhone 16 models will have two major upgrades that he has not talked about so far, and given the way he curated his tweet, it appears that potential buyers might be in for a surprise.
Unfortunately, he did not spill the beans on those ‘noteworthy’ upgrades, so as always, we will focus on previous reports and see if they have anything valuable to provide. With the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, Apple was said to deliver on solid-state buttons that would have provided a ton of functionality to the user. Sadly, due to technical complications, these buttons are now said to be found on the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max next year.
I’ve been saying this for a while now, partly due to the larger display sizes / periscope availability.
Though there are two things about the 16 series that haven’t been revealed so far, which are quite noteworthy.
