In a brand new Marvel Comics cover showcasing the upcoming Banner of War crossover arc, Thor and the Hulk fight to determine the strongest Avenger ever. In an epic new wraparound cover from artist Geoff Shaw and colorist Federico Blee, multiple battles featuring the Jade Giant and the Mjolnir-wielding hero occur as the two Avengers duke it out in the hero-vs-hero fight.
Thor and Hulk are the two most powerful Avengers from the original superteam that first suited up in Avengers #1 by Jack Kirby and Stan Lee back in 1963. Meanwhile, Hulk is a creation of science gone wrong, as Gamma radiation turned Bruce Banner into a monster who ranks among the strongest (in terms of pure physical strength) Avengers ever. Now, the two heroes are battling to determine who is mightier in an epic new crossover series.
