The AMR Mod 4 Sniper Rifle will be available to unlock via Archie’s Festival Frenzy event in and from December 19 to January 3, 2024. The Sniper is classified as the Mastery Reward, available as the grand prize for those who complete the event.

Much like unlocking the Siri 9mm, this particular event doesn't task you with completing specific challenges. Instead, enemies that you eliminate in,, and will drop Jolly Archies on the ground.
