Importing custom designs into is very easy, and is available as soon as players first load up the game. Toimport a design,you'll need to know the MA code of a creator or the MO code of a specific design. You will also need to have a Nintendo account (free or paid, both work).

If you enter a design code, you will then see the design on screen with the option to save it. If you enter a creator ID, you'll have the chance to browse through all their creations and save whichever ones you like. Once the maximum number of designs has been saved, players will have to delete some before they can download more.
Players can only save up to 20 custom clothing and 20 non-clothing designs at a time. If your custom design inventory fills up, you can download it through the inventory.
To delete a downloaded custom design, simply visit the inventory screen and choose the custom design option from the clothing section. Choose the design you want to remove, and tap on «Details.» On this screen, you'll see the option to delete the design. Players will need to delete unwanted designs to make room for more, since there's a limited number of designs you can have at one time.
