The Hunter-exclusive Swords, Kestrel and Peregrine, have been found in Season of Discovery! These Swords provide the unique on-hit effects of increasing run speed and activating a second attack.

Kestral & Peregrine Hunter Class Weapon Guide

These swords can be acquired by first looting Suppression Device Receipt from Broodlord Lashlayer in Blackwing Lair. Currently, this is only dropping for 1 Hunter per raid, but it is not confirmed whether this is intended.

When you interact with your Suppression Device Receipt, you can start quest Tracking the Trapper.

This will task you with finding and investigating a camp in Western Burning Steppes.

Completing this chain may take some time, and will lead you to Moonglade, Winterspring, Silithus, and Un'Goro Crater.

You will need to have trained Tranquilizing Shot from Molten Core to complete Step 10 Everyone Knows That Bugs Can't Fly.
