Optimal Date
Since the Darkmoon Faire and Hallow's End buffs are only available during a specific timeframe, you will only be able to get the full 85% XP increase between November 3rd and November 8th, mark your calendars!
Anniversary Event Experience Gains

With the WoW 20th Anniversary, all non-max level characters receive a passive 10% XP increase, no strings attached from WoW's Anniversary.
This bonus can be increased by another 10% if you complete the quest Celebrate Good Fun!, offered at the Caverns of Time by Yllana. To complete this quest you must participate in the anniversary celebrations, with any activities giving credit towards it. Completing it gives you the 12-Hour buff Blessings of the Bronze Dragonflight that increases experience by an extra 10%. This buff persists through death, so there is no need to worry about accidents while leveling.
This quest is repeatable and will be available again once you lose this buff.
