In , players can find and use Spells, Transformations, and Spirits to fight against enemies. Eight Spells are found throughout the game’s six chapters, and players can equip up to four Spells at a time. Of the eight Spells, some are better than others. A favorite among players seems to be the Somersault Cloud Spell.
Chapter 1 of has players at the basics, forcing them to rely on physical attacks. However, as players progress through the chapters, they’ll acquire more Spells. While Spells aren’t necessarily advantageous to the common enemy, most will greatly help when taking on the various bosses. Others, like the Somersault Cloud Spell, are just fun to have.
The Somersault Cloud Spell is a lot of fun and makes traveling a breeze. Unfortunately, it’s unavailable until Chapter 6 in. Additionally, the Spell won’t help much in terms of strength or attack in battle. Still, having Somersault Cloud makes traversing through Mount Huaguo and the rest of the chapter easier, so it’s worth picking up, even if it requires some effort.
To unlock the Somersault Cloud Spell, you must beat the Supreme Inspector boss. Fortunately, he’s the first boss the Destined One will face in Chapter 6, so you’ll get to unlock the Spell rather early. It’s not the easiest battle and may take you some time, especially since the Supreme Inspector can fly out of reach. Immobilize him when you can and use A Pluck of Many. You can also use the Plantain Fan you received from Princess Iron Fan in the previous chapter to extinguish any flames sent your way. Once you’ve beaten the Supreme Inspector boss, you’ll receive a few rewards, including the Somersault Cloud Spell.
