Pictured above, the Green Roots Billie Outfit will unlock instantly for any players who buy this season's Festival Pass. It's a Premium Track reward that you'll get straightaway after buying the pass.
The Festival Pass costs 1,800 V-Bucks, which makes this a fairly standard price Fortnite skin.
Better yet, if you progress the premium Festival Pass all the way to its conclusion, you'll also unlock an alternate style for the Billie Eilish skin. This 'Ultraviolet' version of the skin sees Billie's T-shirt turn black.
Adding an important disclaimer, Epic states on its website: «The Ultraviolet Style of the Green Roots Billie Outfit is exclusive to the Season 3 Festival Pass. The other content of the Season 3 Festival Pass is NOT exclusive to Fortnite Festival Season 3, and may become purchasable in the Shop at a later date.»
