Four secret Yaoguai King bosses can be found in , including Black Loong, a terrifying boar warrior who can be a tough opponent to beat. Wielding two maces imbued with lightning, Black Loong is a huge challenge compared to some of the main story bosses. However, you need a special item to access this fight at all as you explore Chapter 2.
Reaching Black Loong will take some backtracking through areas you've likely explored already. Don't be afraid to craft some armor or a stronger staff in using materials found in later Chapters. You'll need all the spells, spirits, and curios you can find to stand a chance against this secret boss once you unlock the path to it.
Some spell options in Black Myth: Wukong are absolute essentials for combat mastery, while others are fun but remain fairly easy to live without.
The entrance to Black Loong's boss arena near the Rockrest Flat Keeper Shrine, a fast travel point discovered in Chapter 2. Located within the Fright Cliff region, this area has a cascading waterfall of sand up a flight of stone steps that blocks the path to Black Loong. You have to defeat another boss found within this story Chapter to unlock the way forward.
After taking down the King of Flowing Sand boss, go to the Valley of Despair and challenge the First Prince of Flowing Sands boss in a cave near the Keeper Shrine in this area. Do not take out the boss' ally too fast since you need this enemy to do something for you. You have to bait the boss into striking the cave wall with lots of carved designs to create a crack leading toward a hidden cave.
If you have already beaten the Prince of Flowing Sands boss, you can unlock the secret cave using the spirit skill of the Wandering Wight boss from Chapter 1 in.
