Cooking Fever’s professional chefs set a Guinness World Record during a spectacular 10th Anniversary celebration. On September 5th, the popular time management game brought its excitement from the screen into the real world with a high-energy event in Vilnius, Lithuania, where top chefs raced to assemble the most burgers in one minute. Nordcurrent, the game’s developer and publisher, transformed the virtual gameplay into a real-life competition, resulting in an unforgettable world record achievement!
Paulius Staliorius, a chef from Drama Burgers restaurant, grilled and stacked 11 burgers in just one minute, earning the title of the fastest burger assembler by a Guinness World Records official. The previous record of 8 burgers, held by George Butler (UK) and Iris Cazarez (US), was decisively broken. Also, reflecting on his achievement, Staliorius said, “I practiced a few times at work and knew I could beat 8 burgers, but I was still nervous. Once the countdown began, I just focused on the task.”
Each burger was made with a bun, meat patty, tomato, and lettuce. Staliorius and his colleague Karolis Čygas from Drama Burger faced off against chefs Sergej Kozlov and Arvydas Kieras from Meat Busters in a thrilling showdown.
