The Charge Upheaval build is one of the best options for leveling as a Barbarian due to its mobility, Fury Generation, and fast-paced playstyle. Barbarians have never been the most efficient leveling class in Diablo 4, but using Charge to move between packs of enemies, Upheaval to lay waste to hordes of demons, and Call of the Ancients to quickly rip through Elites and Bosses makes this the closest thing Barbarian has to a speed-leveling build.
