The original Nintendo Switch will soon get a screen mod that will put the vanilla OLED screen featured in the console's second version to shame.
Well-known modder Taki Udon, who recently released a Nintendo Switch Lite OLED screen mod that looks incredible, revealed a few days ago that a SUPER7 mod for the V1/V2 Switch is in the works. This screen will be bigger than the vanilla screen of the console, 7 inches instead of 6.2, and its quality will put the vanilla OLED screen to shame, as effectively showcased in a comparison picture. The upgrade will be a simple PCB swap, so even those who never attempted to mod any of their systems should have no problem installing this mod.
On a related note, Taki Udon also shared a new video a few days ago showcasing the Ultimate Nintendo Switch Lite OLED. The system was upgraded with the SUPER5 OLED Kit, a 5,000 mAh battery, and hall effect sticks, and almost looks like an official premium upgrade of the handheld only version of the system. You can check out the video below.
