There's a secret passage to the Library Balcony in that Rook can unlock by completing a statue puzzle around the Lighthouse. Like other games in the series, is full of secrets and puzzles for players to discover, starting almost immediately when Rook enters the Lighthouse ahead of the second main story quest. Next to one of the rounded library walls, they can read a note that gives them a clue about how to open this secret passage.
According to the note, three pairs must meet face-to-face under the sky. This refers to six statues in the Lighthouse Courtyard that can be turned to face one another. Rook will need to find and turn the statues to face their pair if they want to gain access to the secret passage. However, upon completing this, players will have to wait for Chapter 8, , to finish unlocking the balcony.
The first pair of statues Rook will need to move are simple to find. These are directly across from one another behind Bellara's and Neve's rooms. As neither room has a back door, Rook should not go inside the rooms, as this could trigger a cutscene. Instead, they will want to walk around the outside, watching to make sure they don't fall off the edges by mistake. Neve's room is tricky, as there is no way around the ledge outside her door. Instead, Rook can drop down from the stairs leading to Neve's door and go through the passage underneath the room to reach the statue.
