It’s been a year already since Bluepoch Games launched their 20th Century time-travel RPG. Yes, I’m talking about Reverse: 1999, which is now celebrating its First Anniversary. So, naturally, they’ve dropped a huge update, Version 1.9 of the game titled ‘Vereinsamt’.
Reverse: 1999 First Anniversary lets you grab Semmelweis, a 6-star character for free. Just log in during the event period to grab her along with 30 free pulls.
And then there’s Lucy, a 6-star DPS with a robot design inspired by the iconic Metropolis. While she looks like a robot, Lucy’s actually an Awakened arcanist. She’s connected to the Watt steam engine prototype and is obsessed with pushing scientific development forward. Lucy is available in the limited banner called ‘Thoughts in Cylinder.’
Matilda, the 5-star character, is making a return. Kakania, who first appeared in Version 1.7, is coming back too. Starting October 10th, she’ll be summonable in the ‘Observation into the Mirrors’ banner. Take a peek at the Reverse: 1999 First Anniversary video below!
The new rogue-like mode called ‘A Series of Dusks’ will soon be live. It lets you earn Lorelei, a new 5-star character, along with plenty of other rewards.
New collaborations with Discovery and KOI are also on the way. Discovery will be bringing new garments for Tooth Fairy and Getian. While KOI will collaborate with the game starting in October, featuring special limited-edition merch.
Alongside the new characters, Version 1.9 is also bringing the first unique garment to the game. Regulus gets to sport the new ‘Take Off! To the Future’ look, which adds new Ultimates and other features. More characters like Jessica, Voyager and Sonetto are also getting fresh new garments.
So, get your hands on the Reverse: 1999 First Anniversary update (Version 1.9) from the Google Play Store.
