’s 1.6 update increased the number of players that could join a single farm to eight, which can quickly fill up a farm with cute cabins. However, that's not the only way players can expand the population on their farms. Players have found another way to increase the number of characters on their farm, creating the ultimate farming community. With everyone together and this strategy in place, JoJo Mart never stood a chance.
By inviting the maximum number of multiplayer farmers, players could own a farm with eight cabins. While having a whole neighborhood of adorable cabins together is novel enough on its own, players can populate that new neighborhood with spouses and children all locally sourced from the valley. In fact, it’s possible to have every single bachelor and bachelorette living on a single farm like one big happy, pastoral family.
Players have always been able to invite at least one villager to live with them on the farm through marriage. Marrying any of the romance options will permanently move that character to the farm, where they will get their own specially decorated room and outdoor area for their unique hobbies. But having a single spouse around to water the plants (which the sprinkler already does) and receive presents of food (which the fridge is full of already) just isn't enough after all this time.
As shared by Redditor WLOR, players can create a rival village to Pelican Town by inviting the maximum number of friends to a farm in multiplayer. Once seven friends are there — if anyone has seven friends to play with — they can each pick their favorite bachelor or bachelorette to come and live on the farm.If yourself and your seven friends all marry, you can reach the maximum number of villagers living on your farm: eight.
From there, every romanceable NPC will live on the farm and could even further the population by having children. It may be hard to get a group of friends to each pick a different spouse, especially when it comes to fan favorites
