Honkai: Star Rail Players are Getting a Free In-Game Gift
Honkai: Star Rail players are getting a free in-game gift to commemorate the release of new five-star character Sparkle, rewarding fans with some valuable resources. With the HoYoverse RPG entering the second half of its Version 2.0 update, the launch of Penacony has already brought plenty of new content to the game. Version 2.0 saw the addition of three new characters to Honkai: Star Rail with Black Swan, Sparkle, and Misha alongside multiple new areas to explore and new bosses to challenge. Now, to commemorate Sparkle's debut on the gacha banner, players are being treated to a surprise gift.
Since the game's launch in April 2023, Honkai: Star Rail has been known for giving out gifts to commemorate everything from new character releases to award shows. Each new update to the game features a login rewards campaign, gifting players with 10 Star Rail Special Passes for logging in for seven days during an update. HoYoverse will also regularly distribute codes offering free Stellar Jades, Fuel, and other valuable in-game resources. Now, players are getting a special gift from Honkai: Star Rail's newest character.
With Sparkle set to release throughout the day on different servers, Honkai: Star Rail players have been treated to a surprise gift given out by the game's newest character. Players can access the gift through their in-game mail, with Sparkle rewarding players with 10 Fuel and a special gift, granting players one of several resources. According to players who have already received the gift, the special inclusion can be Praise of High Morals, Trash, Credits, or potentially even an Eidolon for four-star character Sampo. The note also references the fact that Sparkle is debuting in Star Rail on February 29, the «leap day.»
