A Honkai: Star Rail leak revealed the character reruns for Version 2.1. The upcoming update will be the continuation of Honkai: Star Rail's Penacony arc, which sees the Trailblazers uncovering the secrets of the Planet of Festivities.
Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.0 introduced a host of new characters to the game, with many of them being hinted at as future playable units. This version's Warp banner features five-star characters Black Swan and Sparkle, along with reruns for Imbibitor Lunae and Jing Yuan, and four-star Misha. As the Penacony storyline continues, many players can expect more interesting banner characters and reruns to complete their team roster.
With more than a month left before the next Honkai: Star Rail update drops, a number of leakers have revealed that there will be reruns for five-star characters Fu Xuan and Topaz. According to Twitter user RianBeatergod02, Fu Xuan will be joining Acheron in the first phase, while Topaz and Numby will be with Aventurine in the second phase. Honkai: Star Rail has not confirmed the rerun schedule yet and this might still change, so players should take the leak with a grain of salt.
Many Honkai: Star Rail players expressed their excitement on social media, saying that they couldn't wait to pull for Fu Xuan and Topaz, along with Acheron and Aventurine. Meanwhile, some fans said they're torn about which five-star character to pull for. Apart from the five-star characters, the Version 2.1 banner will also feature a new four-star Fire-type healer Gallagher.
Originally released during Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.3, Fu Xuan became popular among players because of her ability to shield and absorb damage taken by her allies.
