To complete this Assignment, you're required to use a Venomous Tentacula and then use a Mandrake on multiple enemies. To get these plants, head to Dogweed and Deathcap in Hogsmeade and buy them. Don't bother buying them as seeds, the Combat Tools will do. Both can be equipped using the L1 radial menu, and you literally just need to use a Venomous Tentacula to complete that objective.
As for the Mandrake, find a group of enemies and use the plant and it'll scream at them. To complete the Assignment, attend a Herbology class during the day and you'll be taught Wingardium Leviosa.
