Hogwarts Legacy has been an immensely successful release for publisher Warner Bros. Games and developer Avalanche Software, with the companies even confirming that a sequel is in the works all the way back in November 2024. The report comes in a month after Warner Bros. announced that David Haddad would be stepping down from his leadership role of the company’s Interactive Entertainment side of the business. Haddad was originally brought in to head up the business back in 2013, and Schrier’s report highlights some of the bigger mis-steps by the company when it comes to its various releases.
