To start this Main Quest, meet Sebastian in the southeastern region of Marunweem Lake. To get there, you'll need to go through a cave network that starts outside a Medium Bandit Camp at the very bottom of South Sea Bog. If you don't want to fight, feel free to just run past all the enemies. You can then fly on over to where Sebastian is. Next, scale the mountainside via the path, engaging with the goblins if you wish. You'll eventually find an enemy camp, and all the goblins inside need to be killed.
