It's kind of concerning just how many times Sony has had to alter its PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium lineup reveals after the fact. In what is becoming an almost regular occurrence now, a title announced earlier today for the company's subscription service has now disappeared from the blog post. It looks like Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town will no longer be part of next week's refresh.
Where there were 23 games in Sony's official blog post, there are now 22 with the aforementioned farming experience no longer listed. When this has happened in the past, the omitted games were listed in error and never made it onto the service. You can expect the same to happen with Story of Seasons for May 2023. An example of this was when Sayonara Wild Hearts was «incorrectly» announced for members to download at the start of 2023.
How this keeps happening continues to be a bit of a baffling question, but the end result is the same: it doesn't look like you'll be playing Friends of Mineral Town next week. On PS Plus Extra, at least.
